Artist Desk Space: £95 pcm
We have up to 2 x desk spaces available in the Arts Mansion Office. Our office is a co-working space though you may often have it to yourself, so lone working must be something you feel comfortable with, as is sharing with others. There is a kitchen onsite and a lovely cafe next door.
Subsidised Desk Space Offer £50 pcm: We are looking for people who can commit to regularly working from the Arts Mansion, situated in the heart of the Ashton Court Estate. In exchange for a subsidised desk in our South facing office with views across Bristol. We ask that in return that you are commited to working regularly at the Mansion, ideally Monday – Thursday and help us to take care of this iconic building. This help would be between 0-3 hours per week and could include letting contractors in, turning a heater on, reporting maintenance issues to the Venue manager or receiving deliveries

All furniture belongs to the current artist. Desk area, shared studio and an additional storage area 36.22 sq mtrs
Pricing £ 109 pcm, plus £ 109 security deposit. Prices include wifi and all bills, Island artists benefit from participating in our annual Open Studios, being a part of a welcoming community and discounted gallery space hire fee.
