We have up to 2 x desk spaces available in the Arts Mansion Office. Our office is a co-working space though you may often have it to yourself, so lone working must be something you feel comfortable with, as is sharing with others. There is a kitchen onsite and a lovely cafe next door.

We now have a Studio space within a Shared Studio in P146 available.
- Studio fee: £133.29 per month + month deposit.
- Studio space = Total sq ft (ft²) = 238.587 (split between 3 artists)
- Available 1st of May 2026 with potential for artists to move in prior to this date.
Prices include wifi and facilities bills. Island artists benefit from participating in our annual Open Studios on Saturday 18th and Sunday the 19th of October 2026 and being a part of a welcoming community with discounted gallery space hire fee; Island studio holders have access to a 50 % gallery hire discount for the 1st two bookings. Not suitable for musicians.
Viewings dates / times: Monday the 16th of March at 11.30 am or 5.15 pm, Wednesday the 18th of March at 1 pm or 5.15 pm

We have studio spaces suitable for visual artists at Sparks. See below for details. If you’d like to come along to see any available spaces please contact creativespaces@sparksbristol.co.uk and include a link to your work. Prices include wifi and all bills.
We have up to 12 desk spaces currently available on the second floor for artists and creatives
Up to 6 desk spaces available for businesses / charities working in sustainability or social justice.
From £70-£120 pcm.
2nd FlOOR DESK SPACE Affordable Desk space ranging from £70 to £120 per month (individuals, arts organisations) to £120 – £150 per month (companies) with ample break out and maker space. 12 desks remaining!
