Vacant Property Toolkit
Our Vacant Property Toolkit has been developed by Artspace Lifespace with funding from Power to Change. It’s a free how-to guide for creatives and communities looking to take on empty properties. We hope it helps more vacant buildings on the high street find new life.
To download your free toolkit, fill out the form below and we’ll email you the link.
By requesting the toolkit, you’ll be added to our mailing list and may receive occasional emails with related insights, resources, product updates and information about our services. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. For information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.
Are you a Vacant Property Owner? If you’d like to bring an underused building back to life, boosting footfall and vitality and creating space for creativity and community, get in touch at info@artspace.uk. We can occupy your building in the interim or partner with you to transform an unused asset into a welcoming community space.
