Ronnie Christopher Doyle
Ronnie is a film composer, screenwriter and voice actor from the Republic of Ireland. As well as writing scripts for radio and screen projects, he has scores to over thirty films since 2007.
Ronnie has gone on to establish solid working relationships with directors across Europe and America. His music tends to lean toward the dark and minimal, exploring space and texture rather than melody alone, influenced in no small part by Arvo Part, Steve Reich all the way to Steve Vai and Bjork. Most recently, his score for A New Man was nominated for Best Score at the International Music & Sound Awards in London.
He has written music for fashion designer Hien Le’s Winter Collection promotional film Awake, for which he received a second nomination for Best Music at the Berlin Fashion Festival. He has recently finished the experimental score to Through Her Eyes, a contemporary dance piece for Neoteric Dance Company and finished up recording the part of James O’Very in SixtoStart’s latest audio app presentation Nellie Bly.
