HARMONIOUS VISIONS: CELEBRATING THE NATURAL WORLD – 13 to 15 Oct
The exhibition “Harmonious Visions: Celebrating The Natural World” calls for fauna and flora protection. Artists highlight the depleting effects of pollution and biodiversity loss in an industrialised world increasingly isolated from nature. Curated by Kuba Ocean, the exhibition emphasises how protecting biodiversity as well as preventing deforestation and pollution of oceans will ultimately be a benefit to society. As a result, artists can continue to be inspired by the intricacy of the natural world and strive to be leaders in protecting our natural assets through inspiring responses to current challenges.
The public can expect a contemporary art exhibition of young emerging artists and ambient soundscapes over three days, with the private view promising a night of lively discussion.
Featured artists: Kuba Ocean, Barnaby Quinn, Sophie Boggis-Rolfe, Kazuo Chaed, Harry Charlton and Moe.
Private view Friday 13th, 6 – 10pm, 14 – 15th October, 10 – 8pm. General entry £4, students £2, children go free.
Tickets sold on the door, cash and card accepted. Any questions please contact mickelsatchi@gmail.com or kubaocean1@gmail.com
