ABCs Of The New Economy Festival

The ABCs Festival will be focused on how people and organisations are making an impact in their local economies. It brings together panellists and workshop facilitators to share their experience of how they’ve been successful or made things happen. The festival is a way of connecting with practitioners, meeting a UK-wide network of new economic organisations and businesses.

Stir to Action is bringing its annual festival to Bristol this year, with two days of panels, workshops, local DJs, and food. The festival will be held this year at Arts Mansion at Ashton Court Estate, surrounded by beautiful parkland just outside Bristol, on 10-11 July. Tickets are £90 for the full 2 day festival. Day tickets are also available. Buy tickets.

Special guest Heydon Prowse is back for another Stir to Action gig – this time leading festival goers in building a policy manifesto for the new economy. The Bafta-winning activist, journalist, and comedian (The Revolution Will Be Televised, and the 2016 BBC Documentary The Town That Took on the Taxman) will join us to close out the ABCs Festival with an interactive session where we’ll tear up the newly elected PM’s manifesto and set out key policies of our own.
