Circus Workshop: Aerial Hoop Spin & Flow

Aerial Hoop Spin and Flow’ is a 2 hour workshop where Saskia Collins will focus on unleashing your creativity and flow in the air. Saskia will lead you through exploring different spinning pathways and work on how to centre your tornado whilst bringing out your own unique style. The workshop will also cover techniques to break out of choreography habits or creativity ruts.
