Aerial Silks Class with Miss Radida (Thursdays)
Come and learn to fly with the Queen of the Skies!
Aerial Silks is the art of climbing up a long piece of fabric and using it to suspend your body in mid-air. Aerialists use the fabric to wrap, suspend, fall, swing, and spiral their bodies into and out of various positions.
What to expect from the course: The class consists of stretching and conditioning the body for aerial work, and learning skills on the silks. Expect to work hard, get fit and make some great friends!
What to bring with you: Please bring a bottle of water, wear leggings and a stretch top or leotard.
