“A wistful jaunt into the magical world of partner acrobatics”

All Levels Class Acroyoga (7 pm – 8 pm)

People new to the world of Acroyoga will get a fun and challenging class building towards a peak pose or transition. No experience or partner required, you’ll start with some fun warm-ups to get you moving, then take a look at the foundations of teamwork and spotting, before moving on to some flying practice. This class is a great introduction for those who have never tried (or heard of!) acro, or for those who want to solidify the basics to help develop their practice.

Intermediate Acroyoga (8.15 pm – 9.30 pm)

Acroyoga intermediates is for anybody who wants to uplevel their practise. It is recommended, if you do not know if this class is for you, to attend the all levels class before hand. The all levels class will cover all drills and progressions you need to fly well and fly safely. Consider this your weekly workshop, where we get geeky with nuances, so that you can take what we learn and take it to the wide world of jams and still play safely in your own time.

Book through CALENDLY. £12 per person, or £20 for both classes. Pre-booking is required.

*If you are are ill, do not attend

What to bring with you: Bring a mat, water bottle and small towel
