After completing an M.Sc. in physics and working for several years in the electronics industry, Pascal Häring made a quantum leap and exchanged the office for the circus ring. Following two years intensive training at circus schools in New Zealand and Australia, Pascal launched his circus career with performances around the globe. Credits include touring New Zealand with Circus Aotearoa, performances for Christmas Circus Shows, Swiss Christmas and Noel Cirque, the UK tour of hit musical Barnum and numerous festival and cabaret appearances. He also plays on cruise liners, at variety nights and at private and corporate events.
Pascal is also a co-producer and former artist of Bristol-based company “Swing Circus“, creating uplifting and energetic shows which combine circus and swing dance, and which explore the root of swing and talk about racism and (racial) identity in the swing era and today.
With his cyr wheel partner Esther Fuge he created and performs a stunning duo cyr wheel act. The two of them are currently researching themes and movement language for their first duo show.
